When do forecasts come in?

We can not give a specific time when we can guarantee reports will be posted however in the past the reports have come in as early as 3:05pm and as late as 5:50pm. If you access the reports around 5pm then you stand a good chance of getting the latest one.

So far, there has been a report for every day of the season (although one didn't arrive until 9 in the morning).
